Important Tour Information all passengers must read

For cancellations of 90 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a 100 percent refund of funds received by Star Tours of Ohio, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations 89-61 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of funds received less a $25 processing fee. 60-30 days before departure, you will receive 25% of all funds received. No funds will be returned if cancellations are made less than 30 days before departure. Spaces may be sold to another person only with prior written permission from Star Tours of Ohio. Some trips may have waiting lists. If available, Star Tours of Ohio will provide you with possible replacement names.

The price of any tour is subject to increase with no advance warning. You will be quoted the current cost for the tour at the time your deposit is received in our offices. You will be guaranteed that price for the tour regardless of subsequent increases.

Star Tours of Ohio acts only as an agent for passengers in all matters connected with hotel and dinning services, sightseeing tours, other suppliers of services and transportation whether by motor coach or any other means. As agent, Star Tours of Ohio, its agents, officers, and employees are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or canceled transport services, changes of schedule, strikes, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passenger. All suppliers or services are independent of, and are not owned by, Star Tours of Ohio.

No carrier shall have, or incur, any responsibility or liability to any person taking the tour except its liability as a common carrier. The airlines, steamships, and/or other common carriers are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances.

Star Tours of Ohio respectfully requests that there be no smoking on board the motor coach. All hotel rooms booked by Star Tours of Ohio will be non-smoking as available. Passengers wishing to have a smoking room must request such when making their original reservation.

Only one large suitcase per person is allowed. Each passenger who assumes responsibility for it at all times may also carry a small carrying case or bag. Although every effort is made to handle passenger's luggage as carefully as possible, Star Tours of Ohio is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, hotel or carrier handling. Baggage is at 'owners risk' throughout the tour.

Motor coaches are climate controlled and include a lavatory. Frequent rest stops are made. Sightseeing attractions include scenic, historical or other interesting stops.

Your health is important. These are active tours requiring some walking. Special dietary preparations of food cannot be assured. Passengers may leave or abandon the tour at any time at their own risk and expense.

Tours will depart from the Pemberville Warehouse located at 400 West College Avenue, (also marked as Reese Road) Pemberville, Ohio unless otherwise noted in final itinerary. Passengers should plan to have someone drop them off and pick them up, as there will be a limited number of parking spaces. Anyone leaving vehicles do so at his or her own risk. Star Tours of Ohio, Pemberville Warehouse and Meijer is in no way responsible for vehicles or property left on its' premises.

Final itinerary and baggage tags for overnight tours will be sent to you approximately 10-14 days prior to departure. Star Tours of Ohio reserves the absolute right to accept, decline or retain any person as a member of any tour, or to cancel or to alter the tour.

Star Tours of Ohio reserves the right to cancel any tour due to a low number of confirmed reservations or alter any tour due to the availability of attractions.
